Barista – The Cove Dining Co
The Cove Dining Co is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our growing team.
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (depending on experience)
Position Details
Full-time position Weekend availability required
Key Responsibilities
Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages Taking customer orders using our POS system Serving cold drinks, including smoothies, juices, milkshakes, and specialty beverages Providing exceptional customer service Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace Assisting with general front-of-house duties as required What We’re Looking For
Previous barista experience in a busy café environment Friendly, positive, and energetic personality Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good English is a must Strong attention to detail and cleanliness A team player who takes pride in their work We are looking for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys connecting with customers, and can help create a loyal morning clientele. A warm smile, great coffee, and genuine customer engagement are essential for this role.
