Ginger's Vintage Lounge Bar is looking for an experienced and energetic Food & Beverage All-Rounder to join our passionate team!

?What We Offer:
• ?Great Hours: Minimum of 35 hours per week available for the right candidate.
• ?Flexible Roster: Shifts across a 7-day roster (minimum 3 days availability required, including some evening work).

?What You’ll Be Doing:
• ?Crafting exceptional coffee as an effective and confident barista.
• ?Providing top-tier customer service and welcoming our local community.
• ?Managing a high volume of customers efficiently during peak periods.
• ?Working seamlessly across both the floor and the bar.
• ?Collaborating with a tight-knit team to keep the cafe organised and running smoothly.
• ?What We’re Looking For:
• ?Experience: Proven experience as a barista and floor staff member in a fast-paced environment.
• ?Skills: Strong communication, excellent teamwork, and a rock-solid work ethic.
• ?Credentials: A valid RSA Certificate and bar & FOH experience are essential.
• ?Vibe: Organised, positive, and ready to hit the ground running!
