Paying between $51.12-$56.72ph + super
Brisbane CBD location with hybrid working flexibility
3 month temp assignment with potential for extension or permanency

About the Role Our client is a QLD government organisation based in the Brisbane CBD. They are currently seeking an AO3 Finance Officer to come in and work with them on a 3 month temp assignment with potential for extension or permanency.
Candidates for this role must have:

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or similar

Proven experience with Technology One/TechOne system (Essential)

Experience with Expense Me system (Desirable, not essential)

Key responsibilities include:

Financial Processing & Reconciliations : Execute accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly bank reconciliations accurately and within designated timeframes.
Administrative & Policy Compliance : Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks in accordance with corporate financial policies, procedures, and statutory guidelines.
Data Analysis & FMIS Maintenance : Prepare, analyse, and input financial data into the computerised Financial Management Information System (FMIS).
Client Service & Issue Resolution : Act as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries, delivering professional customer service and escalating complex issues appropriately.
Operational Flexibility : Undertake additional tasks and ad-hoc duties as directed to support broader organisational and financial objectives.
