Your new role
Work in a team environment to deliver smoke alarm programme and other field staff-related programmes.
Coordinate the preparation of detailed record keeping in Ellipse and SAIMS, and entry requirements in response to client requests.
Manage job outstanding reports and work order status.
Assist in stock control and journaling costs associated with the work performed.
Provide efficient and high standards of customer service to customers.
Effectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls and ensure responses are provided within required timeframes.
Ensure high standards and accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems (i.e., in Ellipse, SAIMS and Microsoft Office).
Develop and maintain procedures, manuals and registers while being a contributor to improving existing procedures.
Effectively undertake general administration functions as required.

Willingness to work within a fast-paced environment with KPI’s and mechanisms to measure and monitor performance.
Demonstrate initiative and be a team player by appropriately handling enquiries of senior staff in their absence within expected timeframes.
Ability to connect with industry, local suppliers, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services.

Hourly rate of $51.12 p/h + Super
Contract duration from 3/8/26–3/2/27
