Our clients are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Carers / Support Workers to join a growing aged care and disability support team in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily personal care and emotional support to clients
• Assist with mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and daily living activities
• Support clients in maintaining independence and quality of life
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members
• Provide care to participants with high support needs
• Perform bowel care and enemas where required

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability) or equivalent qualification
• Fluent English communication skills
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Working with Children Check (WWC)
• Demonstrated experience with bowel care and enemas (mandatory)
• Strong experience providing personal care to participants with high support needs
• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Visa Sponsorship: Employer sponsorship may be offered to suitable candidates who meet the following English requirements:

• IELTS Overall 6.0, or
• PTE Academic 65
