Your new role

• Support the implementation and maintenance of safety systems and procedures
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Assist with incident investigations and reporting
• Promote a proactive safety culture across the workshop
• Provide guidance and support to employees on OH&S requirements
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and site standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a Safety Advisor / HSE role or similar (ideal for junior to intermediate candidates)
• Exposure to mining, heavy industry, or workshop environments is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with workshop personnel
• Practical, hands-on approach to safety
• Relevant safety qualifications (Certificate IV in WHS or similar preferred)
