Your new role
You will support the delivery of data-driven workforce insights to enable improved labour productivity, planning, and performance across maritime sustainment operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Analysing workforce data and identifying key trends
Supporting forecasting and workforce modelling
Developing reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Contributing to data and cost literacy uplift initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in workforce analytics, HR data, or reporting
Strong data analysis skills (Excel/BI tools)
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Defence or government experience desirable
