Your new role
A leading Defence program is seeking a Capacity Planning Specialist to support a large-scale maritime sustainment transformation initiative within Navy. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact, long-term reform program focused on improving capability availability, cost optimisation, and workforce planning. You will play a key role in developing and implementing capacity and demand planning frameworks, supporting the delivery of a 10-year Integrated Master Plan and enabling better decision-making across capability, cost, and risk.

Developing capacity and resource planning models

Supporting integration of financial, workforce, and capability planning

Contributing to costing frameworks and forecasting activities

Providing insights to support strategic planning and optimisation

  What you'll need to succeed     

Demonstrated experience in capacity planning or workforce planning

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Defence experience highly regarded
