We’re hiring across Maestro Hospitality
We’re building our teams for the busy season, with opportunities across our Italian restaurants, bars and cafés in Manly, Mosman, Summer Hill, Enmore and Barangaroo.
Current opportunities include:
Front of house: Runners, Section Waiters, Hosts, Restaurant All-Rounders and Sommeliers
Bar and café: Cocktail Bartenders, Baristas and Café All-Rounders
Kitchen: Kitchen Assistants, Café Chefs, Chefs de Partie and Sous Chefs
Management: Restaurant Managers, Assistant Restaurant Managers and Front-of-House Supervisors
Our venues include Cibaria Manly, Ormeggio at The Spit, Chiosco by Ormeggio, Postino Osteria, Vineria Luisa, a’Mare, Pizza’Mare and Vista’Mare. Casual and full-time opportunities are available, depending on the role and venue.
