Job description

We are seeking multiple reliable and safety-focused truck drivers to join our Townsville team. This role involves completing local deliveries throughout the Townsville region, Monday to Friday, and we are chasing licence classes including MR, HR, HC and MC drivers.
These are labour hire positions with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

• $40 per hour + applicable penalties

• $45 per hour + applicable penalties
• Monday to Friday roster with shifts varying from early mornings to afternoons.
• Local deliveries – be home every night
• Consistent 38 hours minimum per week
• This role has the view to transition into a permanent position.
• Forklift ticket is highly desirable.

• Load, unload and transport products to customer sites
• Conduct pre-start checks and maintain vehicle presentation
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries
  
  About You
• Current Truck Licence for MR / HR / HC / MC trucks
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
• Good communication and customer service skills
