An established and growing business is seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to join its team. This is a hands-on role working across a range of vehicle electrical systems, carrying out diagnostics, repairs, installations, and commissioning work. The position offers long-term stability, overtime opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Your new role

Diagnose and rectify electrical faults across a variety of vehicles.
Repair and replace electrical components including wiring, batteries, alternators, and associated systems.
Install and configure automotive electrical accessories and equipment.
Fit and test sleeper cab air-conditioning systems, including both diesel and electric units.
Conduct fault-finding using diagnostic equipment and wiring diagrams.
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

What you'll need to succeed

Trade qualified with a Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology.
Previous experience working as an Auto Electrician.
Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems, diagnostics, and fault finding.
Proficient with diagnostic tools, electrical testing equipment, and hand tools.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
