Your new role

• Proven experience as an Agile Business Analyst in complex delivery environments
• Strong experience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience working with:
• APIs (design, integration, or delivery)
• Complex or legacy datasets
• Ability to work deeply with engineers and technical leads
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity and delivery outcomes
• Experience in API-led architecture or modernisation programs
• Understanding of data modelling, system integration, and service design
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving delivery environments

• Embedded within an Agile squad (Scrum/Kanban)
• Close collaboration with:
• Product Owner
• Tech Lead
• Engineers
• Delivery Lead / Scrum Master
• Focus on incremental delivery and continuous improvement
• Strong emphasis on
  pragmatism over theory

• High-quality user stories delivered quickly and consistently
• Strong alignment between business needs and technical delivery
• Reduced rework due to clear requirements and early technical input
• Accelerated delivery through effective use of AI and modern tooling
• A trusted partner to both business stakeholders and engineering teams
