We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating complex technical requirements into clear business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to work on multiple interconnected projects involving system upgrades, integrations, API modernisation and large-scale customer migration activities within a complex enterprise environment.

Your new role

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate complex integration and technical concepts into business-friendly requirements.
• Support end-to-end delivery across multiple transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with architects, developers and project teams to define solutions and resolve issues.
• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support Agile project delivery and contribute to successful implementation outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working on integration-heavy programs and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Ability to engage with technical teams and understand system architecture, APIs and integration requirements.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

Highly Regarded

• Telecommunications, utilities experience.
• Exposure to CRM or customer platforms.
• Experience supporting system upgrades, migrations or API transformation programs.
• Understanding of modern integration architectures and enterprise application ecosystems.
