About the Opportunity
We are partnering with an organisation aiming to enhance its business processes, technology capabilities, governance frameworks, and operational effectiveness. As part of this program of work, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work across a portfolio of initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define future-state processes, support solution design, and drive successful business outcomes. This role offers exposure to a variety of business and technology initiatives and would suit someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments where multiple projects and priorities are running concurrently.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading business analysis activities across several initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to understand current challenges, gather and document requirements, and define practical solutions. The role will involve facilitating workshops, conducting process reviews, developing future-state operating models, and supporting business decision-making through detailed analysis and option evaluations. You will also produce a range of business analysis artefacts, including requirements documentation, process maps, functional specifications, and governance materials, while supporting testing, implementation, and business readiness activities to ensure successful delivery outcomes. A strong focus will be placed on stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and ensuring business objectives remain aligned with project delivery.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will bring significant experience operating as a Senior Business Analyst within mid-large enterprise environments and will be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You will have strong experience in requirements elicitation, process modelling, business process improvement, and translating business needs into actionable solutions. Previous involvement in technology-enabled transformation programs, operational improvement initiatives, or enterprise projects will be a must. You will possess excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to navigate complex environments and manage competing priorities. Experience supporting initiatives through discovery, design, testing, and implementation phases is essential, as is a strong analytical mindset and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
