Are you a compassionate and dedicated support worker who wants to make a real difference? Roceels is a not-for-profit charity looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker who is passionate about empowering people with disabilities to reach their goals. This role is about mentoring, encouraging, teaching life and work skills, and supporting participants to build confidence in a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment. About You:
• Experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role preferred but not necessary.
• Passionate about mentoring, teaching, and empowering others.
• Patient, supportive, encouraging, and respectful.
• Creative and able to think outside the box to develop engaging learning opportunities.
• Committed to providing an inclusive, non-judgemental environment where everyone feels valued.
• Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team where everyone is treated like family. Essential Requirements:
• Current Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening Clearance).
• Current National Police Check.
• Willing to obtain a Blue Card.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
