BM Property Services Pty Ltd was established by a 16-year veteran of the cleaning industry, with the aim of introducing to the market a cleaning company that would bring a different and innovative approach to the industry. We have head hunted some of the best and most experienced senior managers and contract managers conveying the same philosophy of innovation, technology, sustainability, customer service and best practices.? We are expanding our services into wholesale of consumable and we offer an all-inclusive?supply and services of cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals to provide our clients a complete cleaning services solutions.

We are currently expanding and is looking for an experience accountant to grow with us from Queensland to the Other States such as New South Wales and Victoria. We are seeking an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to lead and manage the company’s end-to-end supply chain, procurement, logistics, and distribution operations. This is a senior management position with strategic responsibility for supply chain performance, cost optimisation, risk management, and supplier governance across the business.

To be successful, you will need:

• Have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a senior supply chain, logistics, or distribution management role

• Have the master’s degree in business and a diploma in logistics and supply chain management

• Proven experience in strategic supply chain planning and operational leadership

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and supplier negotiations

• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills

• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders

• Experienced in working with students and people from a vast cultural background

• Fluent in English and Sinhala

Reporting to the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing, implementing, and reviewing company-wide supply chain and distribution strategies aligned with business objectives

• Planning and managing procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics operations

• Establishing and overseeing supplier and contractor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance management

• Managing budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting for supply and distribution functions

• Identifying and mitigating operational, commercial, and supply chain risks

• Implementing and improving systems, processes, and compliance frameworks relating to supply chain operations

• Leading, supervising, and developing supply, logistics, and distribution staff

• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to senior management on supply chain efficiency, cost savings, and risk exposure

• Ensuring compliance with Australian regulatory, safety, and industry standards
