Stores person / Delivery Driver in Townsville, start ASAP Your new company An industry-leading supplier within the heavy vehicle and automotive sector is seeking a reliable and motivated Storeperson / Delivery Driver to join their Townsville team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term role with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. Your new role Working within a busy parts and warehousing environment, your duties will include:

Receiving and dispatching stock
Pick packing and preparing orders
Loading and unloading deliveries
Delivering parts and products to customers across Townsville and surrounding areas
Maintaining accurate inventory records
Assisting with stocktake and warehouse organisation
Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
Providing excellent customer service during deliveries

What you'll need to succeed

Current Forklift Licence (essential)
Current Driver's Licence
Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics or delivery driving role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Basic computer skills and experience using inventory systems will be highly regarded
