ESL Biosciences Australia Key duties and responsibility:   Service support and project management  Achieve the service support goals and Key Performance Indicators you must ensure that all application and system development projects are managed in an efficient and timely manner. Ensure that all technical support, system developments, and software updates in the field are logged and reported in the ESL CRM. Regular auditing of application performance and system configuration activities in the field. Ensure high customer satisfaction with software and application services provided. Provide quarterly reports to senior management on software engineering projects and middleware performance.   Middleware, Installation & Vendor Relations Training and certification of ESL staff on ELO software architecture. Oversee the timely environment configuration and deployment of new middleware systems. Liaise with Service, Sales, Applications, and Operations teams to ensure successful system integrations and installations. Communicate with ESL suppliers regarding software bugs, application compatibility problems, or system patches.   Infrastructure & Technical Support Responsible for identifying aging system infrastructure in assigned territory and reporting to the Sales manager. Provide software application and configuration support between the local office and remote (national and international) Company and laboratory workstations Ensure adherence to all company data security policies and engineering procedures. Client Engagement & Field Operations Build positive customer relationships with Medical Scientists and all other relevant personnel to gather user feedback and system requirements in all public hospitals, private pathology laboratories and research institutions in Australia. Actively reduce client software application downtime and maximize system uptime. Support pre-sales and technical demonstrations of software solutions to new clients. Ensure the demonstration environments and software sandboxes are fully functioning at all times. Regional travel ANZ to meet with clients for system deployment reviews. International travel to Supplier facilities for advanced software and application architecture training. Other technical development and support duties may be assigned   Skill required: Hold a relevant bachelor degree or higher qualification . A year or more of relevent work experience and 5 years or more of relevent work experience without qualification.
