With a rapidly growing pipeline of data centre work , particularly across Western Sydney , the business is expanding its construction team to support ongoing and future project wins. You’ll be joining an organisation with experienced Construction Managers, strong systems in place, and a genuine focus on long-term careers.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor with a Tier 1 contractor , or a highly reputable Tier 2 builder
• Background delivering projects across commercial, education, healthcare, industrial and/or data centre sectors
• Strong understanding of program, sequencing and subcontractor coordination
• Commitment to site safety, quality assurance and buildability
• Experience delivering projects start to finish
• Ability to work effectively with Project Managers, Construction Managers and site teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
