What you'll need to succeed

• Lead engineering and technical delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities
• Drive safe, efficient and high-quality project outcomes while maintaining programme and budget targets
• Identify and resolve technical and construction challenges with practical, solutions-focused thinking
• Lead value engineering initiatives and construction planning to optimise project performance
• Manage subcontractor interfaces and stakeholder relationships
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers and Site Engineers, fostering a high-performing team culture.
• A degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial, infrastructure, health or mixed-use construction projects
• Strong technical expertise in design coordination, construction methodologies and project delivery
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
• Sound commercial acumen, including procurement, contract administration and cost management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach with a strong commitment to safety, quality and project outcomes
