Site Manager - Medium Rise Luxury Apartments Your new company Hays has partnered with a respected Queensland builder with a strong track record delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments across Brisbane. Known for their collaborative culture, repeat client base and commitment to quality, they continue to secure exciting medium-rise projects and are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead projects up to 10 storeys. Your new role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of medium-rise residential and mixed-use developments from structure through to handover. Working closely with the Project Manager and construction team, you'll lead all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day site operations across medium-rise developments Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel Driving construction programmes and achieving key milestones Managing WHS compliance and maintaining a safe site environment Overseeing quality assurance and defect-free project delivery Conducting site meetings and stakeholder coordination Monitoring productivity, sequencing and site logistics Leading and mentoring site-based teams

  What you'll need to succeed         

Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering residential or mixed-use developments Proven track record delivering projects up to 10 storeys Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing Excellent subcontractor management and leadership skills Ability to drive programme outcomes and maintain quality standards Strong communication and stakeholder management skills QBCC Site Supervisor Licence Current White Card
