General Foreman - High Rise Residential Your new company Hays has partnered with a leading high-rise residential builder renowned for delivering landmark luxury apartment developments across Australia's east coast. With a proven track record constructing some of the country's most recognisable residential towers, this builder continues to secure major projects and is seeking an experienced General Foreman to play a key role on a prestigious 60+ storey development. Your new role
As General Foreman, you will support the Site Manager in the day-to-day delivery of a large-scale luxury residential tower, coordinating trades, driving programme outcomes and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained throughout construction. Key responsibilities include:

Managing and coordinating multiple subcontractor trades on site. Driving construction programmes and daily site activities Monitoring productivity and maintaining project milestones Ensuring WHS compliance across all work fronts Overseeing quality control and workmanship standards Managing site logistics and trade sequencing Supporting the Site Manager in delivering project objectives Leading, mentoring and motivating site teams

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as a General Foreman on large commercial or residential projects High-rise construction experience, ideally on towers exceeding 20 storeys Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and methodology Proven ability to manage site productivity and programme requirements Strong commitment to safety and quality outcomes QBCC Site Supervisor Licence preferred Current White Card
