Your new company

Join a large infrastructure team responsible for planning and delivering major public assets that support growing communities across the state. This team plays a critical role in the early planning, development and approval phases of significant infrastructure projects.

Your new role

You will oversee the development of key project deliverables, including business cases, planning approvals and funding submissions.
Key responsibilities include:

• Developing preliminary evaluations and detailed business cases.

• Managing consultant contracts and project deliverables.

• Supporting procurement activities and consultant engagement.

• Developing and maintaining project programs and schedules.

• Undertaking project risk assessments and reporting.

• Preparing monthly reports, briefing notes and governance documentation.

• Facilitating stakeholder meetings and presenting project updates.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience managing infrastructure or property development projects.

• Ability to prepare high-quality business cases, reports and project documentation.

• Strong project management experience across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Experience leading consultant teams and managing external service providers.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Experience with project governance, risk management and reporting.
