Project

The role will be responsible for supporting phase 2 of our Claims System Modernisation Initiative (CSMI Project). The Senior BA will sit within our Return to Work business unit, supporting this large-scale Salesforce transformation project. The role will report to the Senior Program Manager, working within a multidisciplinary team.

Accountabilities

• Work in a team of Business Analysts, collaboratively contributing to ensuring the delivery of high-quality business outcomes for WorkSafe, using advanced training and facilitation skills, encouraging collaboration and innovation with a strong focus on the client experience.
• Lead the identification of business, stakeholder and solution (functional and non-functional) requirements through consultation with the business and technology stakeholders, vendors and clients, formal analysis and assessment of needs, developing recommendations and implementing agreed solutions.
• Develop and deliver business analysis artefacts, including requirements specifications, process and data models, in accordance with the project delivery framework and methodologies.
• Proactively identify, document, and prepare recommendations and alternatives to address existing and potential trouble areas in operating models, processes and technology solutions across the organisation to Lead BA, Product Owners, Project Manager, Senior Manager BA Practice, and/or Program Director.
• Contribute to preparation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) plans & scripts, and lead/support the business representatives in the conducting of their UAT & BAT.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in transformational programs – ideally Salesforce
• Background in social or general insurance preferred
• Strong accountability and outcomes focus
• Able to work to time timeframes and prioritise workload
• Able to work from the Geelong office 3 days a week – Hybrid working arrangement
