Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand business needs, elicit requirements, and support the delivery of ICT solutions. You will be responsible for conducting workshops, documenting business and technical requirements, performing process and gap analysis, and developing business cases and functional specifications.

You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology teams, supporting both Agile and Waterfall project delivery environments while contributing to large-scale technology transformation programs. Responsibilities will include stakeholder engagement, process improvement, business analysis, solution assessment, and supporting the implementation of new capabilities and services.

What you'll need to succeed
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex ICT projects and programs.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and workshop facilitation skills.
Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
Experience producing business cases, functional specifications, process maps, and other project documentation.
Demonstrated experience working across Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Relevant Business Analysis certification (IIBA, CBAP, CAP, or similar) will be highly regarded.
