• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and commercial insights that support data-driven business decisions.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate objectives into reporting solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead the enhancement and optimisation of existing BI reporting capabilities, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and performance.
• Support the organisation's evolving data and analytics strategy, including the adoption of Snowflake and AI-driven reporting and automation tools.
• Work across multiple initiatives, balancing hands-on reporting development with stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and advisory responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the Head of Data & Analytics and external partners to deliver customer-focused analytics products, dashboard improvements, and innovative reporting solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling, DAX, and report optimisation.
• Demonstrated experience delivering commercial insights, analytics, and business reporting to support decision-making.
• Experience working with SQL and large datasets across multiple data sources.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reporting outcomes.
• Experience within the Financial Services or Retail sector (Nice to have).
• Experience with Snowflake is highly desirable (Nice to have).
• Familiarity with AI-driven reporting, analytics tools, Copilot, chatbots, or automated insights solutions would be advantageous.
• A proactive, curious, and self-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
