Our client WALLSEND SHIV Pty Ltd is trading in retail sector since 2023. Trading as NSW Lotteries as Franchise in two locations within NSW. Serve effective and quality services to every client is the topmost priority of the company. Company aims to extend their business by adding two more stores within NSW and looking for the experienced and customer focused Retail Store Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity located at Wallsend -New Castle area for a hands-on retail leader who enjoys developing teams, improving store performance, and creating a positive customer experience. You will be joining an organization focused on sustainability, community impact, and creating a better future through responsible retail practices. As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, driving performance, and supporting your team to achieve business targets.

Key responsibilities:

Leading, coaching, and developing a team of retail and operational staff. Driving sales, productivity, and overall store performance. Managing daily store operations, stock flow, merchandising, and customer experience. Ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Building strong relationships with customers, community partners, and internal stakeholders. Managing budgets and financial plans by contributing effectively to create retail store specific operational budget and financial planning as a valuable team leader.

To be successful, you will have:

Must have Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Business, Retail or Account Previous min 3 years to 6 experiences managing a retail store, large team, or high-volume customer-focused operation. If you have 1 year of experience, you may consider for the Retail store salesperson Strong leadership and people management skills. Experience achieving sales targets and improving business performance. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. A passion for delivering great customer experiences.
