Next Gen Talent Business Name: Rightway Service Australia Pty Ltd t/a Gloria Jean's Winston Hills Position: Retail Manager Location: Winston Hills Mall, Shop 15, 180/190 Caroline Chisholm Dr, Winston Hills NSW 2153 Salary: $79,500 to 82,000 + super Minimum requirements: AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Associate Degree with minimum 1 year of experience in a retail management or supervisory role Roles and Responsibilities: Plan, organise, and control the day-to-day operations of the café/retail outlet Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards to meet customer demand Oversee ordering, receiving, and stocktaking of coffee, food, and beverage products, liaising with suppliers as required Recruit, train, roster, and supervise baristas and front-of-house staff to ensure adequate coverage and performance Monitor sales performance and financial transactions, maintaining accurate records Implement pricing, promotional, and merchandising strategies to drive sales Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality (coffee and food) are maintained across all transactions Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, and retail regulations Handle customer queries and complaints, escalating where necessary Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership and staff management ability Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, hands-on, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced café/retail environment Sound financial and stock control awareness How to Apply: To apply for this position, please email your resume to .
