Shree Brahmani Group Pty Ltd T/A Aroma Pizza Kitchen is a well-established pizza and Italian takeaway restaurant located in Morphett Vale, South Australia. The business has built a strong reputation for serving freshly prepared traditional and gourmet pizzas, pasta dishes, schnitzels, ribs, burgers, salads, desserts and a wide range of family meal deals for dine-in, takeaway and home delivery customers.

As the business continues to experience consistent customer demand and high daily trading volumes, Aroma Pizza Kitchen is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day retail operations of the store. This is a hands-on management role responsible for supervising staff, coordinating daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing inventory and stock control, ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace regulations, and supporting the ongoing growth and profitability of the business.

The successful applicant will possess excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a busy hospitality environment while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and profitable business performance.
• Supervise, recruit, train and mentor front-of-house and customer service staff to maintain high service standards.
• Prepare staff rosters, allocate duties and monitor labour costs to ensure effective workforce utilisation.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate purchasing and maintain adequate stock of food ingredients, beverages, packaging and restaurant supplies.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of quality products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety legislation, workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.
• Monitor online ordering platforms, takeaway and delivery operations to ensure timely order fulfilment and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyse sales performance, prepare operational reports and implement initiatives to improve sales, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns, meal deals and local marketing initiatives to increase customer traffic and repeat business.
• Manage customer enquiries, feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain the business's reputation for excellent service.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, daily reconciliations and point-of-sale operations.
• Monitor business performance and implement continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Minimum Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in a retail, hospitality or food service management role.
• Demonstrated experience supervising and leading staff within a customer-focused environment.
