PERSOL is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Engineering, Technical and Office Support talent. We're on the lookout for a Recruiter to work on upcoming temp staffing drives for our client. The role will be based here at our Burswood office, working Monday to Friday, office hours. If you're a highly organised recruiter, love delivering on what a customer needs, and hate sales - this is the perfect role. There are no sales in this role. We have a list of temp positions that our client needs to be filled - your key role is to make sure those staffing numbers are met. To make things easier, we have an extensive database of active candidates - many of who have previously worked in these roles. You'll have lists of names and people who you'll be given - you'll need to call them, check availability, and get them locked in for the temp assignments.
This is an initial 3 month contracts, with possibilities of further work beyond this point, and working circa 37.5 hours per week. In terms of a standard day, you'll look after:

Working directly with our recruitment lead to deliver on white collar project staffing numbers Speaking to candidates (many already registered with PERSOL) to get them locked in for temp assignments. Managing candidate placements in our database, and updating candidate spreadsheet data for our client Ensuring candidates are compliant for work (Police checks, work rights checks etc) Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process

In terms of your background, you'll have:

Previous experience working on high volume recruitment processes. You'll be filling white-collar roles, but experience on either white or blue collar recruitment will be suitable. Clear communication and good customer service skills - both with external candidates and internal stakeholders Excellent project coordination and time management skills Strong computer skills, comfortable using our database, and some excel spreadsheets with project information Able to supply a current Police Clearance
