We are seeking an experienced People Partner to join a collaborative People & Culture team in a hands-on HR generalist role.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys partnering closely with leaders, influencing workplace culture, and managing a broad range of employee matters within a complex and highly regulated environment.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the People & Culture function, you will provide trusted HR advice and support across a designated business area, partnering with managers to drive positive employee outcomes and workforce performance.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to provide pragmatic HR advice and solutions Support employee relations matters, including performance and conduct issues Facilitate conflict resolution and workplace investigations Contribute to workforce planning and talent initiatives Lead onboarding activities and support the employee life cycle Conduct exit interviews and identify workforce trends Provide advice on industrial relations, legislation and policy interpretation Champion employee engagement, culture and workplace wellbeing initiatives Ensure HR compliance, governance and accurate record keeping
About You
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior HR Advisor role Strong employee relations and performance management experience Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and industrial frameworks Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline Ability to exercise discretion and manage confidential matters professionally
