Target Business Services Location: Suite 26.03, Level 26, Tower One, International Towers Sydney, 100 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo NSW 2000. Salary: $90,000 plus 12% superannuation

Keshab Pty Ltd, the founding entity of the KHI Partners network, is part of a growing professional services group operating across Australia and the United Kingdom. KHI Partners comprises more than 30 Partners, 13+ Australian offices and provides Accounting & Tax, Bookkeeping, Financial Planning, Mortgage Broking, Legal, Buyers Agency and Insurance Broking services through its specialist partner firms.

As the group's central recruitment and HR function supporting a workforce of over 150 employees, Keshab Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition across the KHI Partners network. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to workforce planning and recruitment strategy within a dynamic and expanding professional services organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple entities within the KHI Partners Group including job design, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Develop and implement a group-wide recruitment and onboarding framework to ensure uniformity in processes and compliance with employment standards.
• Partner with partners and practice heads to understand staffing requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
• Conduct reference and background checks, manage pre-employment screening and maintain recruitment documentation.
• Track performance progress and gather staff feedback to support talent retention and workforce engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines, develop relationships with external providers and industry associations.
• Prepare recruitment metrics, dashboards and progress reports for leadership and partner meetings.
• Support employer branding, social media and professional networking initiatives to attract top talent.
• Contribute to workforce planning and succession strategies for the wider group.

Minimum / essential requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business or related discipline OR significant demonstrable recruitment experience.
• 3 years’ end-to-end recruitment experience in a professional services environment, OR 5+ years’ broader recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate across multiple offices and senior management levels.
• Good working knowledge of Australian employment law, recruitment best practice, payroll and performance management principles.
• Excellent written & verbal communication, high integrity and proven ability to handle confidential matters.

Desirable

• Experience recruiting for accounting, finance, legal or advisory roles.
• Experience working in a multi-office professional services firm.
• Data-driven approach to resourcing and forecasting.
