Our client VISAINFO Pty Ltd. offers dedicated professional services in all aspects of Migration to Australia and is proficient in meeting the requirements of the complex Migration Act and the Migration Regulations. VISAINFO takes pride in providing a high-quality service and provides a wide range of visa application assistance for all categories.
The client is looking to fill a full-time permanent position for a qualified and skilled Quality Assurance Manager to drive continuous improvement across the organisation. This role will work collaboratively with the existing quality and governance structures to provide a framework that incorporates coordination, direction, systematic monitoring, and evaluation to positively affect quality and service to employees, clients, stakeholders and interested parties.

As the Quality Assurance Manager your primary responsibility will be providing tactical support, leading quality root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure that the quality management processes and systems are proactively managed and coordinated so the business improves its quality performance.

About You

As a professional with sound experience within a quality and assurance role, you will be experienced in enforcing quality and compliance across the organisation. Your excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills will guide your facilitation of internal and external audits as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification with at least 2 years’ experience in quality assurance role. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. The suitable candidate will have a comprehensive understanding, familiarity and experience in the application of the immigration and education sector Legislation, Regulations and Quality Frameworks.

What you will be responsible for:

• Drive the organisation’s quality and compliance strategy
• Conduct internal audits, monitor performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports on quality compliance and improvements
• Provide guidance and training to staff members on quality standards, and provide regulatory updates
• Regular reporting to the management on compliance issues
• Undertake root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and practice development
• Initiate internal corrective actions necessary to ensure overall quality compliance
• Ensure relevant Quality Objectives are established, and championed through active collaboration with stakeholders
• Keep abreast of best practice and emerging trends and interpretations of legislative/regulatory requirements that may impact Visainfo’s business and quality assurance strategies
• Ensure compliance of quality systems e.g., change controls, deviations, incidences, customer complaints etc.
• Create quality assurance plan that defines service requirements, measuring performance and making continual improvements
• Develop and draft new policies and procedures, identify and implement improvements to quality processes, procedures, and system
• Demonstrate high ethical standards whilst fostering a culture of quality awareness and accountability throughout the organization

Skills, experience, and attributes:

• Demonstrated experience in quality, risk, compliance or audit and accreditation processes
• Significant and demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and relationship building
• In-depth knowledge of Australian Immigration policies, procedures and ASQA standards and regulations
• Experience in conducting audits, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience managing direct reports
