Portfolio Management Improvement | From $122.73 p.h + Super Your new company
You'll be part of a major transformation initiative focused on improving governance, portfolio management, project delivery, and organisational capability. You will play a key role in embedding a scalable, consistent project lifecycle with strong governance and assurance as its core drive portfolio performance. Key responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business transformation projects. Strengthen capability and maturity through the development and implementation of a Project Lifecycle Framework, A Governance and Assurance Framework and a Portfolio Prioritisation Framework. Develop and actively manage integrated schedules, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities for the Portfolio Management Improvement Project. Engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and project teams.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience managing business transformation initiatives within large, multi-stakeholder environments. Experience driving organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong project management capability, including governance, scheduling, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative leadership style.

Highly regarded:

PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management certifications. Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines. Experience within infrastructure, construction, asset management, or large capital delivery environments.
