Hays Recruitment is currently looking for reliable Manufacturing Labourers / Yard Hands to join team in Yatala.

This is a long-term opportunity suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, is physically fit, reliable, and looking for stable long term employment. You will be working as part of the manufacturing team working outdoors.

Duties may include:
  • Assisting with pre-cast concrete production
  • Preparing and using moulds
  • Installing components and internal systems
  • General yard and labouring duties
  • Working outdoors and within production areas
  • Following processes and maintaining quality standards
This role would suit someone with experience in construction, manufacturing, steel, yard hand work, or other labour-intensive roles.

What we are looking for
  • Reliable and committed to long-term work
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on labour
  • Able to start early and work Monday to Friday
  • Good with attendance and punctuality
  • Willing to learn and follow instructions
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Hold a current driver’s licence and reliable transport
