Flexiforce Australia is seeking Process Workers to join our team on both day and afternoon shifts at our clients Moss Vale NSW facility. This is a casual position with full-time ongoing hours that play a vital role in our clients manufacturing and assembly operations. As a Process Worker, you will be instrumental in ensuring production lines run smoothly and efficiently, directly contributing to the quality of products and the success of our client's business. This role offers stability, hands-on work, and the opportunity to be part of a dedicated manufacturing team.

What you'll be doing

1. Operating and monitoring production line machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
2. Assembling products according to specifications and quality standards
3. Inspecting finished products for quality control and identifying any defects or issues
4. Preparing materials and components for processing stages
5. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
6. Recording production data and reporting any equipment malfunctions or concerns to supervisors
7. Following standard operating procedures and work instructions accurately
8. Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
9. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and providing feedback on processes

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or process work is highly desirable
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet output targets
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
4. Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to workday and afternoon shifts
5. Physical capability to perform assembly work and operate machinery safely
6. Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
7. Basic literacy and numeracy skills
8. A valid working visa or Australian citizenship (where applicable)
