The team at Flexiforce are seeking an enthusiastic Labourer to do process work for a well-established Manufacturing company out in Mittagong, NSW.

The successful applicant will be using tools to assemble steel frames & trusses on a production line for a company specialising in manufacturing prefabricated building components.

This is a hands-on production role suited to someone who enjoys working with tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What’s on offer:
• Ongoing employment.
• 5 days a week, Monday - Friday.
• Immediate start.

Work Hours: Mon – Thu: 7am – 3.30pm Fri: 7am – 1pm

Main Responsibilities Include:
• Assembly process work
• Manufacturing frame & trusses on a production line
• Using hand tools & power tools
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• General ad hoc tasks, as required

Essential Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to utilise hand & power tools safely and efficiently
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Physically capable of repetitive manual work
• Efficient time management skills
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Reliability is a MUST!
