MULTI-SKILLED FEED MILL OPERATOR/WEIGHBRIDGE/FORKLIFT DRIVER Locations: Wacol & Hemmant Randstad is seeking versatile candidates for ongoing casual work, cross-trained roles at feed mill facilities in Wacol and Hemmant. The Opportunity

Pay Rate: Highly competitive pay rates of $35.68/hr (Day) - $40.03/hr (Night) . Shifts: Start on 6 am - 2 pm day shift, moving to a rotating roster of 6 am - 2 pm / 2 pm - 10 pm. Physical: Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods.

Key Responsibilities This multi-faceted role involves:

Plant & Milling: Operating machinery, including basic plant functions (like mixers), and for Hemmant, control room tasks like managing feed batching, mixing, and pressing. Duties include grain sampling and monitoring machines. Forklift & Labouring: Driving a forklift (LF ticket required for Plant/Utilities roles; desired for Weighbridge) for approximately 30% of the time at Wacol. Other tasks include stacking feed bags, re-stacking pallets, and general housekeeping/site cleaning.

Requirements

A valid LF Forklift Licence is required for Plant Operator/Utilities Operator roles. Adherence to strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, including maintaining awareness of Front End Loader (FEL) operations.
