People & Culture Business Partner

Job description

Your new company

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and highly regarded Tasmanian organisation with a strong reputation for investing in its people, culture and leadership capability. Operating across multiple business units, this organisation is committed to creating an engaging and high-performing workplace where employees can thrive.

Your new role

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will play a key role in partnering with leaders across the organisation to deliver practical and commercially focused people solutions. Working as part of an experienced People & Culture team, you will provide advice across the full employee lifecycle while helping drive initiatives that strengthen culture, capability and performance.

This is a true partnering role where no two days are the same. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, support leaders through change, and contribute to strategic people projects while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day delivery of HR services.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced HR professional who enjoys building relationships and influencing outcomes. You're confident providing advice to leaders, navigating complex employee matters and balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery. Strong communication skills, sound judgement and a collaborative approach will see you succeed in this role.

What you'll get in return

You'll join a supportive and values-driven organisation that genuinely invests in its people. Along with a competitive remuneration package, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, work alongside experienced leaders and contribute to the continued success of a large and respected organisation.
