Following the establishment of thier facility in 2025, they've experienced more than 30% annual growth and are now seeking an Operations & Growth Manager to help drive the next stage of our journey. About the Role Reporting directly to the Owner, this newly created leadership position combines operations management, team leadership and business development. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while helping expand customer base across Perth and Southwest WA. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and supporting a team of operational staff
Managing customer relationships and ensuring service excellence
Coordinating logistics, scheduling and battery collection operations
Developing and implementing operational systems and procedures
Supporting WHS, compliance and quality initiatives
Monitoring fleet movements and operational performance
Preparing quotations, proposals and customer solutions
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Supporting marketing initiatives and industry events
Working closely with the Owner to drive continued growth

About You You may currently be working as an:

Operations Manager
Service Manager
Branch Manager
Logistics Manager
Waste Management Supervisor
Depot Manager
Business Development Manager
Operations Supervisor

To succeed, you'll bring:

Previous leadership or people management experience
Strong organisational and planning skills
Excellent communication and customer relationship abilities
Commercial awareness and business development capability
Strong administrative and computer skills
Experience within logistics, transport, waste management, industrial services or similar industries
Permanent Australian working rights
