Due to an internal promotion, A&G is seeking full-time Office Administrator, based in our Griffith NSW office. This role will include involvement in all aspects of accounts payable as well as some general office administration.
Key duties include:
· Answering incoming calls
· Ordering and maintaining office supplies
· Administrative support for various departments
· Distributing supplier invoices for review and approval
· Creating and reviewing purchase orders
· Entering invoices into the company ERP system
· Collating and reconciling supplier invoices to statements
· Preparing timely and accurate payment runs
· Creating and maintaining supplier accounts
· Reconciling and maintaining the fixed assets register
· Managing fuel and toll accounts
· FX trades and payments
The ideal candidate will have:
Competency in use of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
Experience in administration.
Clear and professional communication style.
Ability to work well with others.
Accountability for their assigned tasks.
Strong work ethic.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
