Front of House Officer / Concierge role available in Melbourne | $40 per hour | 6-8 week assignment

Your new role
As the Front of House Officer (Concierge), you will be the first point of contact at the Melbourne Head Office. You will provide a professional and welcoming experience for employees, visitors and stakeholders, while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of front-of-house services.

Your responsibilities will include managing reception and meeting rooms, handling enquiries, coordinating visitor and contractor access, supporting security and safety processes, and providing general administrative support to ensure the workplace operates efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a front-of-house, concierge, hospitality or customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and administrative abilities Confidence using systems and technology A professional, customer-focused approach

Experience within a corporate or commercial environment will be highly regarded.
