Our mining client is expanding their production team and is seeking skilled, safety‑focused mining operators to join our crew. If you’re an experienced operator with strong capability across the production mining space—and especially if you can operate a scraper confidently—you’ll fit right in.

Your new role

This is a DIDO position offering consistent rosters, solid site culture, and the chance to work with a professional team committed to safe, efficient production. You’ll operate a range of heavy equipment and contribute to daily production targets across multiple areas of site operations.

• Scraper operation — high preference for experienced scraper hands
• Dozers, Loaders, Excavators
• Graders and other production mining equipment
• General production support across load, haul, push, cut, and maintain activities

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in production mining operations
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to site standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
• Current tickets and competency for relevant machinery
• Reliable DIDO availability and consistent work ethic
