The client is seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance Nandal brand presence and drive growth across its various businesses. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the landscaping and gardening industry.

Nandal Pty Ltd requires a Marketing Specialist who can manage the diverse marketing needs of each segment. The ideal candidate should have experience in multi-channel marketing and a proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. The ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution is crucial for this role.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the landscaping or gardening industry.

In this role your main responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns for Nandal Pty Ltd.
• Manage and optimize online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
• Develop and execute branding and promotional activities for product portfolio
• Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and print materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Identify market opportunities by defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, establishing targeted market share
• Oversee the online marketing channel strategies and performance.
• Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items

• Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and online content creation.
