We are redefining hospitality by merging food, accommodation, events, e-commerce, and entertainment through our innovative ecosystem.

We’re now on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy, partnerships, and commercial performance across venues and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities Lead sales and partnership strategies across our hospitality and digital brands (ZHost, Zinga, Alby, Goldroom).

Identify and pursue new business opportunities including B2B, corporate events, catering, functions, and online product expansion.

Develop strategic plans to increase revenue across accommodation, F&B, merchandise, and marketplace listings.

Manage existing client relationships while expanding the customer and vendor base.

Collaborate with venue managers and digital teams to create campaigns, promotions, and activations.

Support grant writing, proposals, and tenders aligned with business innovation and growth goals.

Monitor industry trends and performance metrics to evaluate ROI and make data-driven decisions.

Attend industry events and networking functions to represent Aspire Hospitality Group.

What We're Looking For Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial partnerships within hospitality, retail, or tech.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong business acumen with the ability to manage projects end-to-end.

Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and sales reporting.

Experience with multi-venue or platform businesses is an advantage.

Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
