Your new role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in delivering strategic financial and business management services that support organisational planning and performance. Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include leading budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing detailed financial reports, developing financial models and business cases, and providing high-quality analysis to support informed decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple business areas to identify opportunities, assess financial risks, evaluate organisational performance, and deliver actionable insights. You will also contribute to the development of key financial performance measures, improve reporting frameworks and systems, and support initiatives that enhance business intelligence, data integrity, and overall financial management capability. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and influencing strategic outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Postgraduate qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline Current membership with a recognised professional accounting body such as CPA Australia or CA ANZ Demonstrated experience in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Strong financial modelling skills, including experience conducting sensitivity and scenario analysis The ability to evaluate business opportunities, financial risks, and operational performance to provide meaningful recommendations Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail Proven experience interpreting complex financial and non-financial data and presenting findings to a variety of stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering high-quality outcomes
