Introduction: We are currently recruiting an Accounting Analyst on a 6 months temporary basis for a recognised commercial organisation They are a leading name in the industry and show significant growth by offering world class services to their customers. It's a fast paced, driven and collaborative environment, working in the finance division, where the colleagues are engaged, aware, friendly and value encouraging ideas. It's a close knit finance team and you'll be reporting to the Head of Finance. Your responsibilities:

Attend to all credit team claims, deductions, and divisional requests immediately to ensure timely processing Rigorously verify the accuracy of the claim amount against agreed-upon rates and volume data. Route approval requests to the division and secure documentations from the commercial team. Execute the final settlement in the system and proactively notify the credit team. Identify discrepancies, raise formal disputes to the division when necessary, and maintain consistent follow-up until resolved. Assisting clients with accounts payable related queries Other administration & accounts duties where required

What experience will you have:

3+ years of experience in the accounting/ claims domain Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel
Experience in Oracle is preferred
