A growing Managed Service Provider in Melbourne’s Inner North-West requires a Level 1.5 Service Desk Engineer for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP. Your new role

In this exciting new role, you will be:
  • Providing 1st & 2nd level remote and onsite support for clients.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
  • Assisting with migrations between on-premise and cloud.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you will need:
  • Demonstrated experience of providing level 1 IT support in an MSP.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365 and Network troubleshooting.
  • Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience working within the Healthcare or Medical sector is advantageous.
  • A current driver’s license and vehicle.
