This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and diverse organisation within a busy operational environment. Due to increased workload, an experienced Leasing & Licencing Officer is required to provide administrative, financial and customer-focused support within a high-volume team. Key responsibilities align with leasing, licencing, financial administration, customer service and records management functions.

Your new role

Reporting to a supportive team leader, you will play a key role in managing leasing and licencing administration while delivering excellent customer service to a broad range of stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Processing leasing and licencing applications and documentation
  • Managing licence and lease renewals
  • Collecting and reconciling fees and licence revenue
  • Monitoring records and maintaining accurate databases
  • Preparing correspondence, reports and administrative documentation
  • Responding to customer enquiries and providing timely advice
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant policies, procedures and legislation
  • Supporting financial and administrative processes within the team

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service or financial administration
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Experience managing records, databases and documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A current National Police Clearance is required for the successful candidate
Candidates with experience in administration, finance, customer service, leasing, licencing, accounts administration, contracts administration or compliance-focused environments are encouraged to apply.
