About the Role
Based in Derrimut, you'll support the day-to-day administrative functions of the operations, service, and workshop teams. You'll learn how a busy manufacturing business operates while gaining valuable skills across administration, customer service, and coordination.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 4:30pm
Please note these hours are mandatory, so you'll need to be comfortable starting early each day.
What You'll Be Doing
Operations Administration
Creating and updating job records in the company's internal systems
Uploading and organising important documents, drawings, and work instructions
Keeping job information accurate and up to date
Helping track the progress of jobs from start to finish
Assisting with paperwork and administration that supports the production team
Supporting the Operations Leader with general administrative duties
Service & Customer Support Administration
Setting up service requests and customer jobs in the system
Assisting customers with bookings and coordinating service appointments
Organising service reports and supporting documentation
Helping monitor job progress and ensure jobs are ready for invoicing
Supporting the completion of service and repair jobs
Assisting with ordering parts and components when required
Providing administrative support for international service agreements
Supporting the Service Manager with general administration tasks
Team Support
Providing administration support across different departments when required
Assisting reception and customer service teams during busy periods
Learning and following documented business processes and procedures
Helping ensure records and documents remain accurate and organised
What We're Looking For
Recent school-leaver or someone looking to start their professional career
Australian or Permanent Residents
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Good attention to detail and organisation skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Reliable, motivated, and eager to be part of a team
Ability to work the required hours of 6:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
